Stainless Steel:
Durable material, if an appropriate stainless steel, surface finish, and is maintained well it can last up to over 100 years and look virtually unchanged. Bright easily maintained surface with a simple modern appearance. 100% recyclable.
Aluminum:
Aluminum does not rust and highly resistant to corrosion, it does discolor and develop a rough surface. Soft and durable it is a low quality metal, not designed to last for a long period outdoors. 100% recyclable.
Brass:
Brass is a hard metal that holds up well in all environments, made from a combination of Zinc and Copper. Brass will turn darker over time as it is exposed to the elements but will not corrode.
We would like to plant native NZ plants to attract native wildlife to the space so people can interact with nature as they use the space.
